This pack was put together with the core themes of Minecraft in its heart, but enhanced by the best modded Minecraft has to offer.

Finished quest restructure and rewards.

Did a lot of play testing and tweaking.

Honestly, there's so many changes I can't list them all. This is just the tuned release of the Beta.

There will likely be one more update to fix dungeon loot pools and add new artwork for version 2.0, as well as untangle and set up the server pack.

Have fun~!

Working on a new pack for a modern version of Minecraft. Think... "Plants"

Notes from beta:

A nearly complete OVERHAUL of Mining Southward.

!~You will need to make a new profile~!

Please read all of the changelog, as there may be solutions to a few known issues involving performance.

The changes weren't enough to make a new project, and there's a lot of the original "bones" of Mining Southward. Though, to be a bit candid here, this release is admittedly a tiny bit rushed. My project would be listed as "abandoned" had I not posted an update within the next three days... That being said, I have been putting a lot of work into the project over the last six months, so this is by no means "slapped together".

Some mods were added, others removed, most updated. There may be small issues related to the transition to Overwolf.

ll recipes were overhauled, and made to adhere to a theme.

All loot tables were fixed, and tuned. Since this is beta, it may need a lot more tweaking. (See above for excuses/explanations)

Monster behavior is hopefully fixed. There were issues with creepers randomly exploding. While this was actually kind of an interesting dynamic, it really wreaked havoc on landscapes over time and to me got rather old, rather quick...

Please note I have added the whole of "Dynamic Trees". I love this mod, and it has matured very well. But.... If you're playing on a potato, you may experience a much slower game than most. If this is the case you will need to remove ALL of the following files to make the play-through smoother.

In your mods folder, move/delete all the DynamicTrees mods, there should be six files there to remove. (They're easy to spot)

Then you may need to move/delete a file in the scripts folder called "13_Recipes_Trees.zs".
