As well, added Malisis Doors.

 

Removed NEI 1.8+, redundant, only had it for the overlays. If cheats are needed, just pop it back in. (Filthy cheater)

 

Adjustments/Fixes:

Fixed a couple quest rewards... It's strongly suspected there might be some books with enchantment ID conflicts... Watching this one closely.

 

Tweaked the artwork a tad, added a preliminary title card for the quest book.
