changed the turbine advancement and added 3 new advancements for the new machines
cheapen the logical transmuter recipe
cheapen the refined obsidian ingot recipe
cheapen the transmuting recipes of slime, quartz, fluorite and glowing log
added magma blocks to the "mekanism:atomic_disassembler_ore" tag (now can be vein mined)
made more expensive the atomic disassembler recipe
deleted the unpolished crusher recipe for diorite, andesite and granite because is a duplicate of an already existing mekanism recipe
