Mining with mekanism: Transmuter edition

Now you don't lose items while crafting a drive upgrade anymore

There are more recipes that use antimatter gas, one of those allow you to delete the spent nuclear waste gas

The armoured jetpack is more expensive now and it is used in the jetpack unit craft

Fluid tanks are now a bucket upgrade and you can saw the first 2 tiers to get back some infused alloy and the bucket

Coarse dirt to dirt recipe is now gone because you can generate dirt in a more interesting way

Added 2 recipes that allow you to create grass blocks and path blocks

Fixed script inconsistencies

Changed the SPS advancement title to fix the max character limit
