Mining with mekanism: Transmuter edition

Removed the packmenu reload button in the main menu

Removed the personal chest recipe to the vanilla recipe because you can lose items while crafting it using a shulker and because I think is better an early game backpack

Changed the spent nuclear waste to sulfuric acid recipe

Now you require a elytra to craft the armoured jetpack

Changed the tier installer advancement, removed the ore advancement, changed the "advancements" zip file name and the "READ ME" file in the open loader data folder
