Messenger's Return 2

A large server-oriented fantasy modpack that revolves around endless possibilies while limiting performance drawbacks!
What's new
- RenderLib has been removed from the required dependencies.
- EntityCulling has been removed from the required dependencies as they both caused strange mob invisibility issues.
- I will run further tests despite already having tested JUST Optifine without RenderLib and EntityCulling, but there's a chance that Optifine might come back in the future as an automatic download. We'll see.
