Hotfix Updates

• Added persistent data flag to mobs on spawn so that health only gets scaled once (no additional 1 million HP bees), although this will not retroactively change any existing mobs (hurray existing 1 million HP bees!)
• Updated config to turn dragon spawns back down a good bit
• Fixed a non-crashing error related to drink & eat speed attributes

Item Updates

• Added recipe for vanilla Saddle
• Converted the Relics mod Quiver into a quiver curio, instead of being a back curio
• New Item: Phantom Ward - craftable, equips as a charm curio, wards off phantom spawns while worn

Skill Updates

• Added a new attribute, Random Potion Effect Chance, which applies additional, semi-random positive effects upon consuming a potion
• Filled in several skills in the holy magic tree
• Tuned down the numbers on the lifesteal skills

Magic Updates

• Teleport spell nerfed, cooldown 3s => 6s
