Minecraft 26.2 support

• Updated the mod to run on Minecraft 26.2 with Fabric Loader 0.19.3, Fabric API 0.155.2, GeckoLib 5.5.3, and Moderner Beta 5.0.0-alpha.2.

Fixes - Beta 1.7.3 era item conversion

• Beds: all 16 bed colors now correctly convert into the Beta Bed when entering Beta 1.7.3 (previously only the red bed converted).
• Enchanted items are now always safely stored in your Coffrefort when entering Beta instead of being silently converted and stripped of their enchantment.
• Ender Chests, Shulker Boxes, and Bundles didn't exist yet in Beta 1.7.3, so they (and everything inside them) are now safely stored in your Coffrefort as a whole when entering Beta. They convert normally again when you return to the present.
• Items dropped on the ground inside Beta 1.7.3 (including blocks, e.g. beds) now convert correctly.
• General reliability pass on the item/block conversion system between eras: nothing convertible is lost, and only explicitly era-exclusive items (Slime Compass, Sprint Books, Sprint-enchanted boots) are ever kept in the Coffrefort when leaving Beta.

Notes

• No player action needed - conversions happen automatically when crossing between the present and Beta 1.7.3.
