loot cities - preset

this is a modpack focused around lootcities as it does not work as a standalone, meant for you to add what you please to your own perfection, this only includes the basics of making loot cities work, such as but not limited to tacz (filling some chests with weapons), croptopia (filling chests with food), and tough as nails (bringing some difficuly through water and temperature management, all things needed perfectly integrated in the loot tables). Think of this modpack as "lost cities" but with integrated loot!
