Last Gasp

Sorry I lied. This has a bunch of recipe fixes, notably letting you make Tofeeg and use it in place of eggs, and a nerfing of the recipes for the element seeds so they can be made directly after the t1 resource set. Also initial Coal seed requires Dead Sapling instead of Dead Wood, in case people pure-daisy it all. One minor map update; added a hyperspeed upgrade to the Botanical Research Site decomposer just to keep its speeds in line with the rest of the station.

Added Just Enough HarvestCraft and Spice of Life (set to time-based so any foods will go back to full satiation 2 in-game days after last eaten), and updated BetterQuesting to the newly released unofficial fork
