Balance changes

- Max Stack size increased to 100
- Explosion Proof Jacket blast damage reduction reduced to 1%
- Increased damage buff of Cracked Crown, Gods Crown, and Vampire Blood
- Decreased passive melee damage bonuses of Warrior from +5 to +3 and Bulwark from +4 to +1
- Mage no longer deals melee damage but all spells and damage sources have been reevaluated

- Several small updates and fixes relating to FTB Quests
