Balance changes

- Warrior Mobile Target has been deprecated and replaced with a new perk: Rallying Call - Collecting an XP orb grants you and nearby allies a strength and resistance buff for a short time.
- Warrior Cavalry: guard villager summons reduced from 2 to 1, and now additionally grants a short speed buff to the player
- Mage Spirit Mark: projectile count increased to 2
- Reduced Mage passive mana bonus from 400 to 200
- Bulwark Reversal: sundering level decreased from 5 to 1
- Bulwark Last Stand: changed proc condition from 10 flat health to 10% total health, resistance increased from 2 to 3 and now grants strength 3
- Bulwark Pride: now grants the effect when at or above 75% total health
- Archer Hunters Sight: debuff radius reduced from 40 to 20 blocks and duration reduced from 10 to 5 but now slows targets in addition to inflicting glowing
- Decreased Archer passive arrow damage bonus slightly
- Crescendo of Bolts max level reduced from 5 to 3
- Fixed Melee Aura not showing up in enchanting
- Decreased Insight and Enlightenment max enchant level to 3
- Snowball Enchant max level decreased from 5 to 2
- Curio rewards have been consolidated into one single reward source instead of 3 separate tiers
- Increased XP required per level from 46 to 200
