No worldgen or dimension content is added, so existing terrain is unaffected.
Known issue: Create: Tracks 1.0.1 ships its data files with the namespace written as 'Tracks:' instead of 'tracks:', which is not a valid resource location. On the server this is corrected by a small datapack so the Track Mount drops itself when broken and is pickaxe-mineable. Single-player users will see the Track Mount drop nothing until the mod author fixes the casing upstream.
