What happens if a skyblock server comes crashing down?
The islands are sinking.
We lived up there for a hundred hours. A scattering of rocks in an empty sky, held up by nothing anyone ever explained, and we built our whole civilisation across the gaps between them, hot-air rigs, propeller barges, rope bridges strung between quarries. It worked. It was never going to last.
The first island went down slowly enough that we salvaged it. The next one didn't. So we packed the drives, loaded the gear, and pointed everything downward through the cloud layer to see what was under us.
There was a world under us.
Not the void we'd been told about, mountains that go up further than our old altitude ceiling, canyons you could lose a fleet in, coastlines that run for thousands of blocks, and weather that happens to you instead of below you. It turns out the sky was never the interesting part. It was just where we were stuck.
Now it's the way to get anywhere.
What you'll build
You start on the ground with a wrench and a salvaged drive. First flight is a rattling propeller plane with just enough lift to clear the ridge and see what's on the other side, and that's the whole point of this pack. The terrain is the reward. Everything after that is you getting greedier about how far, how fast, and how much cargo.
From there: rail lines threading the valleys, a proper factory floor humming on Modern Industrialization and Powah, everything indexed in AE2, logistics kept clean with Super Factory Manager so the server stays smooth while the ambitions don't. Then the aircraft get serious with long-haul jets, fighters light enough to actually turn, and eventually the hangarships: flying carriers with a workshop inside and smaller craft launching off the deck.
What this pack isn't
Bloated. our skyblock server ran on 400+ mods and most of them were furniture nobody sat on. Landfall keeps what earns its slot: Create and the Aeronautics stack, the addons we actually fly with, real industry, real storage, curated worldgen with terralith + tectonic.
And a server that holds 20 TPS with a fleet in the air.
Build something that flies. Go find out how big the world got.
