Balancing:

Sorcerer: Nerfed base HP, max mana, and mana regeneration attributes

Sorcerer & Paladin: Assigned new default starting spells

Leveling Tree: Expanded by 8 levels

Skills: Fixed an issue where skills could be selected by default at level 1

Updated and rebalanced various quests
