Jurassic Colonies 0.3.1 - Cost of Steel Update

Steve wanted steel. Steve made a metal infuser to make steel. Steve realized 1 steel ingot cost 72 iron ingots. Steve fixed it.

STeve had to fix the longer days as well, seems some mobs hid from the sunlight instead of basking in the glory.
