Season 2 v2.2 is here!

This is a major expansion update bringing the pack to over 500 mods. v2.2 significantly expands storage, technology, Create, food and farming, building, transportation, and exploration, while adding a number of new integrations between existing systems.

📦 Refined Storage

Refined Storage has joined the pack as another major digital storage option alongside Applied Energistics 2.

The new Refined Storage ecosystem includes:

Players now have another full-scale storage and automation ecosystem to choose from instead of being limited to Applied Energistics.

⚙️ Create Expansion

Because apparently Create did not already have enough addons.

v2.2 adds another substantial collection of Create content:

This expands railways, logistics, automation, power, resource gathering, storage integration, food production, and transportation.

The Create ecosystem continues to grow at a perfectly reasonable and definitely controlled rate.

🚀 Ad Astra

Ad Astra has been added!

Players can now expand beyond the Overworld and begin exploring space, adding another major exploration and technology path to the pack.

Build rockets, develop space infrastructure, explore other worlds, and give everyone another extremely expensive engineering project to work on.

🔌 Technology & Integration

Several additional technology mods and cross-mod integrations have been added:

• Immersive Energistics
• Just Enough Immersive Multiblocks
• Luminax
• Common Storage Lib

These additions further connect some of the pack's major technology systems and provide additional tools for large-scale automation and infrastructure.

🐝 Bees

The bee empire grows.

Modular Bees has been added alongside the existing Productive Bees content, providing additional options for resource production and bee-based automation.

At this point, somebody on the server is legally required to construct an industrial bee facility.

🍳 Food & Cooking Expansion

The cooking side of Season 2 has received another significant expansion.

New additions include:

• Cooking for Blockheads
• Crabber's Delight
• Ender's Delight
• Engineer's Delight
• Miner's Delight+
• Ocean's Delight
• Storage Delight
• Create: Central Kitchen

These join the existing Pam's HarvestCraft and other food systems to provide considerably more options for farming, cooking, kitchens, and food production.

You may now automate dinner with industrial machinery.

As the Omnissiah intended.

🏗️ Building & Construction

Builders received a healthy pile of new toys in v2.2.

New additions include:

• Diagonal Fences
• Diagonal Walls
• Diagonal Windows
• OpenBlocks Elevator
• Storage Delight
• Yuushya Modelling
• Yuushya Townscape
• Yuushya 16x

The Yuushya ecosystem in particular adds a large collection of architectural and decorative options for more detailed builds and settlements.

🚂 Railways & Transportation

Create railway systems have also received a major expansion with:

• Steam 'n' Rails
• Create: Realistic Railways
• Create Railways Navigator
• Create: Track Switch Radio

These additions provide more options for railway construction, navigation, signaling, and large transportation networks.

Your trains can now become considerably more complicated.

This is considered a feature.

🛠️ Building & Utility Tools

Several additional utility and building tools have been added:

• Forgematica
• OpenBlocks Elevator
• Easy Piglins
• Absent by Design

These provide additional tools for construction, transportation, building, and general quality of life.

🌦️ World & Environment

Simple Weather has been added, expanding the environmental side of the pack with additional weather functionality.

Additional supporting libraries and systems have also been introduced for the new content in v2.2.

🗑️ Removed Mods

Only one mod has been removed in this update:

• Create: Ages

This was removed as part of the continued cleanup and restructuring of the Create ecosystem.

🔧 Mod Updates

Alongside all of the new content, 22 existing projects received file/version updates between v2 and v2.2.

Various configuration files have also been added or changed to support the new mods and integrations.

📊 Pack Changes

v2: 452 mods v2.2: 510 mods

59 mods added 1 mod removed 22 existing projects updated

That's a net increase of 58 mods in a single update.

⚠️ Important

v2.2 is a substantial update to the pack.

Make sure you are running the correct version before connecting to the server. With the number of new mods and integrations introduced in this update, using an older client version may prevent you from joining.
