Intermission Chill

Added some QoL mods:
EnderIO - I left it out for some reason, there was a reason, but whatever it was, it wasn't important enough.
VanillaFix - Latest version causes crashes, but the next to latest increases animation performance dramatically.
Enchanting Plus - for those sweet sweet enchantments with less RNG
Lapis stays in the enchanting table - need I say any more?
Random things - for plenty of reasons, actually not sure why it wasn't in 1.0
Culinary Construct - Sandwhiches for ALL!
XL-Food mod - more food items, with a bit less clutter. Need something to go with cooking for blockheads mostly.

Addressed Animania config issue limiting male mobs from having more than one mate. (Polyamory aside, it was a bit too cumbersome having to worry about what animal was mated to what animal)
