Updated config files to add BoP biomes to mystcraft's pages.
Removed config for shulker iron chest since there are some major item deletion bugs that happen with them.

Added Ender Utilities for linking remote bags to specific chests to address the lack of diamond chest size shulker boxes lost from the above config change
Added more buckets - larger buckets for more mobile liquid storage
Added Snad - SNAD! (It's sand, but better)
Added Tiny Progressions - Watering Cans, cobble gens and other general QoL additions.
