Removes Oritech's default refinery recipes that were locked specifically to Oritech's proprietary crude oil fluid
Added custom refinery recipes that accept the #c:crude_oil fluid tag. Now, crude oil from other mods (like Modern Industrialization) will work in Oritech's Refinery
Added a recipe for all the plates from 'Alltheores' mod into the osmium compressor

Quest & Recipe Fixes
Fixed UFO Future quest where The glass was using Quartz Glass, but the machine requires Vibrant Quartz Glass
Changed the recipe for the magical eye to use any sapphire instead of only from iron's spells
Updated MFM questline to include the gate of babylon multiblock

Recipe & Feature Changes
Changed mekanism Easy Miner Filters to true, allowing dragging items from recipe viewers into the target slot of Digital Miner filters. This allows selecting specific blocks without having to acquire an instance of the block first
Changed the recipe of the ATM alloy to use gem dust and vibrant alloy ingot instead of UFO items, energy requirement is 100.000.000 instead of 10.000.000.000
Changed the recipe for the Allthemodium teleporter to include 4 unobtainium nuggets

Power & Generator Balancing
Extreme Reactors buff
Fuel Efficiency Buff: Decreased fuel usage multiplier to 0.75 (reactors consume 25% less fuel)
Overall Power Generation Buff: Increased the global power multiplier to 3.5
Reactor Power Buff: Increased the reactor-specific power multiplier to 2.5 (stacks with the global multiplier for a total of 8.75x base power)
Turbine Power Buff: Increased the turbine-specific power multiplier to 2.5 (stacks with the global multiplier for a total of 8.75x base power)
Nerfed the energy value of Ethene from 705 to 141 (around a 5x reduction)
Dropping a single Gas Burning Generator's maximum power output from ~28.2k FE/t to ~5.6k FE/t
