Unified Ore production and advancement for common ores

Furnace - Ore Block => 1nugget

                           dust/grit     => 3 nuggets unless chemistry mod then 1 ingot

                           Chunk.      => 1 Ingot

                           Dirty Chunk => 4 nuggets

Added processing support for common ores by use of BWM Mill to produce early dust/Grit.

Additional config edits to aid the flow of play and oregen, esp. BWM.

Allow Rockhounding petrified wood to be used to craft crafting bench and vanilla chest

Furnace, grindstone, crushing table code completed for basic ores.

Updated Configs to allow buckets to carry water source blocks.

Increased durability of wood, stone tools.

Updated tin and copper picks and axes.  Also removed extraneous versions from JEI.

Added NBTManipulator to check Nbt tags.

Assigned rarity and biome spawn location for Metallurgy 4 ores.

Corrected/updated piston recipe from BWM alternate.
