Added mods:

- Effective (Forge)

- JEI Enchantment Info

- Smooth Boot

Removed mods:

- Map Tooltip

- Better Compatibility Checker

- Better Ping Display

- Let Sleeping Dogs Lie

- Shulker Tooltip

Changes:

- Updated Forge and all Mods

- Fixed duplicated Map and Shulker tooltips

- True Darkness is now disabled by default

- Restored Vanilla Title Screen

- Replacing broken tools is now disabled by default to prevent bans on servers like Hypixel

- Removed numerical ping display, which was inaccurate and sometimes incompatible with plugins that change the Tab List

- Changed the sort keybing from R to Middle Mouse Button

Known Issues:

- Items in JEI are not being rendered unless search bar is populated

- Some Quark items may be visible in the creative inventory on Multiplayer servers

- Items are misaligned in the Villager Trade JEI/JER menu
