Food Buff, Lunge cap, and Small Fixes

Food tier 2 restored (but not tier 3!!!!) The nerf was too big.

Lunge, directional knockback, and other impulse effects can no longer make you exceed 4 times your movement speed (but can still redirect you)

Universal armor buff (finally) applied - everyone and everything has 4 armor and 10 toughness by default.

Magus fixes and visual tweaks

Eldritch mob tweaks

Default music pack is now the Medieval Fantasy one
