General Fabric Performance

Aw riiiight here we go again, and yes we do got stuff missing and returning again! As for stuff we're missing, Unity is gone again, Peeves in general is gone,  Enhanced Audio of course may never be seen for a while, etc. Oh and I just realized "someaddon" as a creator has a lot more optimization mods so I stuck those in for this version, and likely every version onward I'll try to implement them in.
