Major update focused on immersion, physics and final stability.

- Added Physics Mod 3.0.32 for Minecraft 1.21.1 Fabric.
- Added a custom Physics Mod configuration tuned for Gaubtek23's Adventure.
- Disabled structural chain collapse during normal block breaking.
- Kept block drops enabled.
- Tuned physics object limits, smoke, ragdolls, ocean, snow, wind and other effects for better performance.
- Preserved Distant Horizons and Eclipse shader compatibility.
- Preserved the custom Tectonic Himalaya terrain configuration.
- Preserved the 4K FancyMenu interface and Modpack Info screen.
- Preserved N87 PBR Pack, Motschen's Better Leaves and Fantastik Leaves integration.
- Removed Audio Improvements after a confirmed Minecraft 1.21.1 startup conflict.
- Removed invalid CurseForge file references from previous builds.
- Updated the complete French and English documentation.
- Added installation instructions for the modpack, Eclipse shader and configuration editing.
- Updated the complete configuration index for version 1.7.9.
