G2 Official Modpack Update - v50.1 / v51

This update is a compatibility hotfix focused on resolving the Forge CIT / CIT Resewn issue that prevented some players from launching the modpack.

Fixed:
- Removed the incompatible Forge CIT / CIT Resewn setup that conflicted with Sinytra Connector.
- Fixed the startup crash caused by the "citresewn is incompatible with connector" error.
- Improved update consistency by including the required config files in the exported modpack.

Included:
- Config files are now included with the modpack export to make sure all players use the intended mod settings.
- AppleSkin remains included for better hunger and saturation information.
- Durability Tooltip remains included for exact item durability values.
- SuperMartijn642's Config Lib remains included as a required dependency.

Notes:
- This is mainly a compatibility and quality-of-life hotfix.
- No major gameplay, progression, world generation, or balance changes were made.
- Players should update to this version before joining the server.
- If players still experience launch issues, they should make sure there is no old citresewn / Forge CIT file left inside their mods folder.
