FROZEN DOMINION: THE LAST WINTER

A soulslike RPG modpack built around one citadel in the snow, and the king who has not stood up in a thousand winters.

Somewhere on the snowy plains the snow stops melting. Above ground there is a ruin, a gate and a tower; underneath, five stages of halls - the Prisons, the Crypts, the Court, the Storm and the Depths - nine of the king's court still at their posts, a prisoner chained beneath them, and at the far end, on a throne of ice, Velkhar, the Hollow Sovereign.

This pack is the way there: Frozen Dominion at its heart, a questline that walks you through it, ice magic, real combat - and only the comforts that do not take the cold away.

The questline

96 quests in six chapters of FTB Quests, every one in English and Polish, each chapter with a background and lines of its own:

• Into the North - the first frost, Everfrost shards, a lost expedition, a frozen watchtower and its Lamplighter - and the road to the citadel.
• The Citadel - the five stages, their keys and runes, walls that are not walls, the court one hall at a time, the Frost Shrines, and the Ice Monstrosity you can saddle.
• Frost Craft - the Frost Anvil, Everfrost and Kingsrime: swords, shields, bows and armour, and the charms of the hoard.
• Velkhar - the throne hall, the king's four phases, and what he leaves behind: his crown, the Heart of the Silent Winter and the legendary weapons.
• Rime Magic - the Dominion's own school of ice for Iron's Spells, and the Priestess's Rime Breviary.
• Bestiary - the hunter's ledger of everything that still guards the halls.
