v0.3.5 — Coal liquefaction chain + petro-fluid interoperability

Added (recipes & tags only — no mod changes)

• History-inspired coal liquefaction chain using TFMG vats & the distillation tower:
  • Coal tar distillation: creosote → heavy oil + naphtha + liquid asphalt
  • Water-gas process: coal coke dust + water (superheated vat) → hydrogen + CO2
  • Bergius process (direct liquefaction): coal dust + heavy oil + hydrogen + iron dust catalyst (stirred superheated vat) → crude oil
  • Fischer-Tropsch process (indirect liquefaction): furnace gas + hydrogen + nickel catalyst → diesel + naphtha
  • Downstream, the existing TFMG distillation tower yields naphtha / kerosene / diesel / heavy oil / lubrication oil
• Petro-fluid interoperability & unification (c: common tags + one-way conversions):
  • More Propulsion kerosene → TFMG kerosene (engines already accept both via tags)
  • IE creosote → TFMG creosote; TFMG blast stove & hardened planks now accept IE creosote
  • Create Diesel Generators crude oil → TFMG crude oil (enables 6-fraction distillation)
  • TFMG hydrogen added to c:hydrogen (interchangeable with Mekanism hydrogen)

変更点 (日本語)

• 史実ベースの石炭液化チェーンを追加 (レシピ・タグのみ、Mod 構成に変更はありません)
  • コールタール蒸留: クレオソート → 重油 + ナフサ + 液体アスファルト
  • 水性ガス法: コークス粉 + 水 (超加熱 VAT) → 水素 + CO2
  • ベルギウス法 (直接液化): 石炭粉 + 重油 + 水素 + 鉄粉触媒 (撹拌 + 超加熱 VAT) → 原油
  • フィッシャー・トロプシュ法 (間接液化): 高炉ガス + 水素 + ニッケル触媒 → ディーゼル + ナフサ
  • 原油以降は既存の TFMG 蒸留塔でナフサ / ケロシン / ディーゼル / 重油 / 潤滑油に分留できます
• 石油系液体の相互運用・統一 (c: 共通タグ + 一方向変換レシピ)
  • More Propulsion ケロシン → TFMG ケロシン変換 (エンジン燃料はタグ互換で双方利用可)
  • IE クレオソート → TFMG クレオソート変換。TFMG 熱風炉・硬化板が IE クレオソートを受付
  • Create Diesel Generators 原油 → TFMG 原油変換 (TFMG 蒸留塔で 6 留分化が可能に)
  • TFMG 水素を c:hydrogen タグに追加 (Mekanism 水素と相互利用可)
