Development Backstory

When I first started coming up with a modpack, the sort of SMP-like server I used to moderate had just closed its doors, the Content Creator in charge of it deciding to move on with her life and deal with more important stuff. However, with my builder feelings and my past love for Minecraft, I made my first modpack called The Ultimate Box about 5 years ago then a second version, The Ultimate Box² 3 years later

After having a lot of fun with my friends using my modpacks, we had to close the server due to financial issues and classes restarting, so we all had stopped to play, plus just life stuff making us not really interested in the game anymore. I recently came back to Minecraft after rewatching a bunch of mods made by some of my favorite creators, and did a fairly good Minecraft SMP with very select few friends. Though that made me wanna make a more open one with even more mods! The goal being that one day, I might be able to make my own mods too!

All those concepts brought a flame back inside me and I decided to pull up another modpack to play with friends, this time hopefully on a long-term basis so that we can have fun for a long while. For those who've come here to get a modpack that had an interesting name, sadly this is not an overly serious modpack. As much as I have put a lot of my time coming up with mod choices, configuration, and a bunch more, this is simply a way for me to have fun with friends, and not a tryhard modpack like others could be. A lot of it contains compatibility mods along with some tweaks and optimizations so that everything runs smooth, even with shaders.

Bottom line is, this modpack is mainly based on Fantasy and Medieval era, with a bunch of structures, bosses, and some cool weaponry. I wanted a pack that would take a long time to finish the game entirely, rather than go for full on magic and overpowered gear with automated redstone quarries and all. While I did allow a lot of tech mods, configuration files allow easily to ban a lot of items that would make progress too fast or too overpowered, which is why I allowed it!
