Dynamo's Respite has been discontinued. Our adventure will continue in 2026.
Oceans and Adventures release notes:
Health
- Bandage (7 string) cures Bleeding and provides Glass Regeneration I for 20s
- Golden Bandage (1 Bandage, 8 golden nuggets) cures Bleeding and provides:
- Regeneration II for 3s
- Glass Regeneration II for 20s
- Bleeding Immunity for 1:30s
- Both variations apply immediately on click, and previously crafted Medieval Healing Bandages can be crafted into their equivalent counterparts.
Glass Regeneration is a slower version of Regeneration that only heals you whilst no damage is being taken.
Food Buffs
You can open the buff menu by pressing "j" or by crafting a Food Book. If that's not your keybind, search for "Food Book" in the controls.
Here's what you need to know:
- The benefits are much better
- Perks reset when you die.
- Food diversity buffed for nether foods.
Points of Interest
Dungeons (Dungeon Crawl)
- 2x Exp while you're in the dungeon.
Floor 1

Floor 2

Floor 3

Floor 4

Floor 5
exists, floor 5 does exist.
Overall, these loot tables are much more lucrative, but that does not come without more challenge; enemies will get tougher the deeper you go. My tip? Bring a sword with Smite and Looting (wink wink).

The City Under The Sea
Craftable tools for underwater exploration:
- Air Bladder | Rechargeable Breath Bag
- Soulfire Bottles | Break for Air
- Copper Diving Helmet | See Underwater
- Free Breathing (Water Breathing) Potion | On the Tin
And here is a singular poorly-cropped image of a chest from this structure:

Transportation, Flight, Teleportation
World border radius has been increased from 8000m to 24000m.
- Horses are just a lot easier to deal with. Horseman, allows horses to swim, be in your boat, removes that weird bump horses have going up and down blocks, and overall makes horses a better experience.
- New Boats! That's right, Boatload adds in Furnace Boats, which are a single-seated boat that goes super fast when you add a fuel source. Great for solo travel without much luggage!
- Air Travel! Visit Immersive Aircraft or search "@immersive_aircraft" in the inventory (EMI)!
- Airships and Cargo Airships for slow, but cheap, heavy luggage.
- Gyrodyne for cheap, two player travel.
- Quadrocopter for building.
- Biplane for long-distance travel.
Every one of these crafts can be upgraded or even equipped with weapons!

Elytra Changes
Functional Changes:
- The crafting recipe uses netherite ingots instead of scraps
- Wall damage is multiplied by x3.5
- Instantly take off from the ground using fireworks. (Easy Elytra Takeoff)
Cosmetic Changes:
- You can now apply Trims and dyes to Elytra. Fly with style! (Elytra Trims)
- Using colored/patterned fireworks will now explode that firework while you fly! (Pyrotechnic Elytra)
- Elytra will now catch air when you run. (Elytra Physics)
Waystones
Although there is a nearly costless method of teleportation already available in this pack, it's a bit of a grind to achieve. Therefore, the Waystones mod had been added and tweaked to fit this pack. You find many ways to teleport by searching "@Waystones", but not without a cost…
Warp Scrolls and the Star Potion
Warp Scrolls are technically part of the Waystones mod. There are three different types, of varying cost and function. What is shared, however, is their lack of Exp cost once crafted.
A Star Potion will teleport you to your spawn point, regardless of your Recall point. Useful when you need to use a Recall Potion to save a campfire location instead.
Combat and Parties
- Swords have been buffed
- Shield cooldowns have been reduced to ~1s
You can now make parties!!! Type "/party" to see the options. You will not be able to damage each other, and you will be able to see each other's health!
Closing Notes
Alright, we've covered the most important stuff. Meaning, the stuff that came to my mind in this one sitting. There is actually a lot more to this update that doesn't belong to any particular section- and actually some stuff that probably should be in one of the available sections- but nonetheless I'm going to end this with spitfire notes that include anything I think of in the next 10 minutes:
- There's a bunch of new creatures and critters. Some can be tamed.
- Biplanes (and maybe the other ones?) will go BOOM when impacting too fast. It's a big fiery explosion, but the Fire Extinguisher mod gives you a ton of ways to not only put out fires, but to protect your base while you're away!!
- The big boats from Nifty's Ships no longer move around so much when anchored, which is much better. Brings back the convenience of fitting so many chests and furnace etc.
- Pirate Hats!
- Sluggers now can spawn with level 1-3, getting harder with the higher number (duh).
- Cats will bring you better morning gifts (Morning Glory).
- Hostiles will now re-target the entity doing the most damage, but there's a new enchantment that allows you to pull aggro. You will also see a hostile lock-on indicator.
- Mob's vision has been increased from 16m to 32m (Far Sighted Mobs)
- You can smelt your old tools (after you use the Enchantment-Stripping Table to swipe the enchantments) into a small amount of original ingredient.
- Added dice to bet with.
