DDSS 2 Patchnotes: BETA 1.4a

Version 1.4a resolves some inconsistencies between the client and server files.

Mods_
- Updated Hammer! Mod which fixes an issue when hitting torches.
- Added Iron Barrels Mod for more storage options (similiar to iron chests mod)

Recipes:
- Tinkers Leveling Addon Modifier changed from Netherstar/Xp Bottles to -> Dilithium Ingots + Materia T1 otherwise useless
- Fixed Tough Fabric <-> Hemp Rope Coil overlap in Assemblers
- Reworked Sponge recipes
- Balanced Iron Barrels
- Fixed wrong bolts in Diamond Chest
- Damaged and Enchanted armour/tools can now be smelted to Materia. (Currently only vanilla stuff including bows,fishingrods,crossbows etc. rest is coming in next update sry)
- Moved Redstone Flux Coil from T2 to T1 Assembler

Quests:
- A critical issue has been fixed with many deprecated canisters as quest dependencies and rewards.
- Reworked 1k Storage Disc rewards for RS/AE2 because buggy
