Dragon Craft Super

New Stuff:

• /constantregen now has percentages for both ki and hp
• /customskill has added: Immunity (immune to Time Skip, Enigma Mask, Shadow Monster Flight Stealing), Counter (reflects Time Skip, ...)
• Upgrading MultiTool: Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe, Shears. Enchantments: Efficiency (20), Fortune (5), Night Vision (1), Full Hunger(1), Fire Aspect (3), Looting (5), Toggleable Silk Touch
• /dcspersonalboost <PLAYER> <AMOUNT as %> (EX: /dcspersonalboost FR4NCIS191 150 will set the players personal boost to 150%)
• Mythical Weapon Gunbai: While holding this item you have a 5% chance to completely block all incoming damage. The chance is increased to 12% if you are blocking (right clicking).
• DCSTimeSkipBypass NBT tag is created to bypass the Dex requirement.

Changes:

• Galactic and Super dragon balls now have data saying who crafted it and what number super/galactic it was.
• Galactic and Super dbs can no longer be reduced. Super -> 9 Galactic -> 9 Namek no longer works. This is remove the chances of bypassing the data being saved.
