Config changes
- REI now has mob effects in left side to avoid beacon effects and similar from cluttering up the craft UI
- Enabled vertical slabs from architects palette
- Enabled instanced rendering with Flywheel, which should provide major performance boosts with Create contraptions. Tested it with Complimentary, and if force-enabled, seems to give some performance improvements.
- Enabled caching entry rendering for REI, should provide better performance
- More Kubejs custom recipes for making use of Extended Gears more convenient with a generic cogwheel conversion recipe. Also makes copper cogwheels craftable now.
