Added a recipe for Regeneration II potions and Instant health

Changed magic and indirectMagic damage to give i-frames, this should make it easier to fight one of the Betweenlands bosses and the Enderdragon.

Note:

After finally play testing the pack, I've come to realise how broken some parts of this pack is. There won't be any major changes in this set of minor versions but expect changes to TechReborn recipes and tweaks to ore generation among other things if and when I finally bother putting some work into the pack. Schools starting pretty soon for me so I don't know when I can really put some time into this.
