Changed bloodmoons from every full moon to random chance, but removed the whitelist
so bloodmoons will now spawn many mobs, not just zombies..
Changed config for Immersive engineering and Mekanism so they don't generate ores that
already exist, letting Thermal Foundation cover the main ones.
Fixed: Scaling health gives you health with your levels

 

Known Issues:
The Secret Rooms mod is still incompatible with Optifine
Changed config for tinkers items, but more tweaking is still necessary
