Dimension Rift started out in 2012 as a modpack for my friends and I to play with, but has evolved to so much more. It is a balanced blend of tech and exploration, with some huge magic mods in there too. So, what can you expect in this modpack?

Create your own factories, quarries, nuclear reactors and much more with Mekanism, EnderIO, Extreme Reactors and Thermal Expansion. Build intricate and complex computer networks and supercomputers with Applied Energistics 2, OpenComputers and ComputerCraft. Enhance your redstone engineering experience with Project Red. Or combine them all together to create a superfactory!

There are many, many dimensions to explore! Experience the harsh sands of the ancient Egypt-esque lands of Atum, collecting it's many riches along the way. Explore the magnificent Twilight Forest and vanquish it's evil inhabitants. Why not even craft your own dimensions with Mystcraft? With Biomes O' Plenty and Natura adding many more unique biomes to the overworld and nether, you've got plenty more to dig your nose into. You may find it easier to get around with a portal gun, or the various ancient waypoints found at villages. Mods such as the Battletowers or Infernal Mobs add new challenges to conquer, and mini-bosses to make the world more threatening.

There are three big magic mods in this pack. ProjectE lets you become a master alchemist, as you manipulate and transmute materials into whatever you please. Thaumcraft allows you to explore the unseen magic of the world around you, and utilise the power of Vis to your liking. Astral Sorcery allows you to harness the powers of starlight and constellations, bending it to your will.

Extra Utilities 2 adds many fun and useful toys to play with. Especially the squid ring. Bibliocraft, Storage Drawers, Iron Chests, Ender Storage, Iron Backpacks and Enchanting Plus add more utility and storage solutions to the game, while simplifying and enhancing parts of the vanilla experience. Server Files

Dimension Rift 3 was created and is maintained by a very small team who make no money from it. This is a passion project and we made/play with it for fun. We will try our best to consider all suggestions and fix any bugs, but please be patient with us, especially while the world is the way it is.
