- Expanded Flesh Industries Quests.
- Expanded Arcane Flesh Quests.
- Streams, river banks and better rivers will now generate.
- Useless oreberries bushes were converted into other oreberry bushes: tin/aluminium -> copper, lead -> gold, uranium/nickel -> iron, osmium -> silver.
- The following foods are now always edible: Golden Apple, Ancient Fruit, All Concatenated Additions Sweets, All Vampires Delight Blood Food.
- Buffed the following foods: Human Heart, All Vampires Delight Blood Food.
- Desecratedcore Blood Bucket can now be used with Vampirism's Blood Container.
- Added Ascendant Arcana enchantment compatibility for Dungeons Now Loading, Biomancy, Butchery, Consecration
- Changed Bloody Hell Sanguinite tools to require more sanguinite and sanguinite jewels.
- Changed Bloody Hell Rhnull tools and armour to require sanguinite tools.
- Reduced meteor shower frequency from every 15 days to every 28 days.
- Wandering traders no longer sell Biomancy items.
- Hearts of Decay now spawn from the fifth day onward.
- Hollow logs can now be turned to 2 planks.
- Tallow can now be used for making soap.
