The Hard preset makes the following changes that are not present in the other versions of this modpack:

- More zombies will spawn during the day

 

- Zombies movement speed is increased

 

- Zombies can now infect you. The infection has four stages and lasts a total of five minutes. The infection is lethal. Eating a golden apple cursed the infection. Chance of infection is 25%

 

- The Survive mod is added, which adds thirst, stamina, and a temperature bar. It also makes sleep more crucial.

 

- The First Aid mod is added, which changes the health system. You will need bandages/plaster to heal different parts of your body that are injured.
