Updated a bunch of mods.

Dropped PlusTiC in favor of PlusTicMinusBad. The two mods are identical, and use the same mod ID so worlds should not be affected.

Ore changes:

The goal of this change is to make the most useful ores the most common. Iron and gold are used in most mods. Lead and silver are used in only a few dozen recipes each.

+Iron is 150% more common
+Gold is 50% more common
-Silver is 50% less common
-Lead is 50% less common

Script and config changes:

-Rifters no longer spawn from Midnight portals. The overworld is now free of random abductions.
-Disabled smelting recipes that turned rails, hoppers and cauldrons into iron nuggets. I kept accidently melting these with my auto smelt pick.
-Disabled Cyclic's gold ore. Charm's gold ore is mechanically identical and has a better texture.
-Reduced some of the microcrafting requires for exchangers. Recipes that call for exchanger cores now require ender pearls instead.
-Buffed the range of exchangers. The highest tier exchangers can exchange a 25 x 25 area.
-Buffed the durability and energy storage of exchangers by a factor of 10
-Increased size of Chisels and Bits bit bag even more. Each slot can now store 64 blocks worth of bits.

EMC changes:

Note that EMC values are only given to purely aesthetic blocks. Flowers and glass, not diamonds and ender pearls.

-All flowers from Ferdinand's Flowers: 16
-All plants from Rockhounding Surface: 16
-Mystical Worlds' thatch block: 16
-Removed EMC value from beetroot seeds
