Create Magica

Small update. Apparently some of my scripts didn't get upldoaded with the last update, and the default configs failed to upload as well. Hopefully i have it fixed this time.

I did remove silent gems and tools. We decided that sticking with vannilla like tools would be better going forward. We added practical tools and spartan weapons and shields to replace some of the lost functionality. We also added void totem, because why not.

We also updated any mods that had updates and updated the forge version

We are continuing to build up this pack and OTG sounds like it'll be released soon. Quests have been started, but not added to this update.
