Farm up food blocks or anything useful and sell it too your friend through shops. Too slowly build up communities together.
There are quests in place too explain mods like create too beginners so you can invite your slower friends
There's different methods of processing ores some more efficient than others too convince newer player too maybe buy recourses from other too keep business going.
