-EnderIO Capacitors now require Rubber Nuggets instead of Raw Rubber
-IE Water Wheel now requires default treated slabs
-Nickel can now be melted in TiC Furnace
-Moved HPNB from Metal Alloyer to Lab Blender, which makes more sense
-Removed renamed IE Plate as Beryllium Plate, GTCE has already one
-Removed duplicated Cryotheum Dust recipe
-Platinum can be now also used as catalyst to make carbon fibers
