-Disabled GA confg options regarding block compression that makes Hibachi uncraftable, among other things that breaks the packs self balance.
-First Steel Bucket crafting no longer requires you to loot a bucket or get treated wood from Engineer's House

-Replaced Sifter recipe for Crushed Diamond ore, that was using IC2 Diamond, but now recipe is more costly
-Changed one Bound Gem recipe to require Potion of Long Invisibility instead of Dragon's Breath, so The End is not rushed so early.
-Changed Crystal Former recipe so TR and GTCE dont need to be started before EC4U.
-Changed recipe for AA Grinder
-Improved Walkie-Talkie and IC2 Cutter recipe
