Fixes BetterWithMods being disabled in the manifest.json so it does not load to your world and thus you loose its items/blocks and also it breaks the whole scripting. (Thanks to Totto for reporting this).

NOTE: You can recover your saved world to a previous state going to the .minecraft/backups/your_saved_world_name, select the second last zip, (not the last one), then go to .minecraft/saves/your_saved_world_name and delete everything inside that folder and finally unzip the copied file there. Sorry for the inconveniences.
