Fixes:

*Removes two .zs files of mods that are not still on the modpack (otherwise the whole pack script would break)
-Fixed all duplicated recipes for TE machines/blocks with (versions) due to nbt tag not recognized
-Removed furnace recipes for Platinum Ingot

Changes:
-Disabled IC2 Nuke, it was not used anyways
-Added missing nutrients to new BWM foods

Recipes:
*IMPORTANT: IE Arc Furnace recipes of metals with higher melting point than 1800°C have been removed, TR Blast Furnace must be used instead.
The following ones are removed: Boron, Molybdenum, Osmium, Tungsten, Vanadium. Chromium (1907 °C) not removed otherwise it would break many recipes and make things a lot more complicated.

-Added alternative way to make Dark Iron Bars so TR is not rushed before EnderIO and AA
-Atomic Reconstructor and Empowerer reworked, AA is now gated after EnderIO
-Display Stand recipe reworked to avoid broken recipe loop with Atomic Reconstructor
-Reworked AA Iron Casing and Casing recipes so they make more sense now according to their names 
-Improved recipe for Compression Dynamo
-Added Chemical Reactor recipe for Calcium Silicate, which didn't have one by default
-Quicklime now obtained from normal Limestone instead of ore:stoneLimestonePolished

-Removed recipe for Sink
