Fixes:
-Recipe loop with Metallurgic Infuser, now it requires again ic2 battery (which got changed to fix a nbt bug with CT)
-Aluminium Rod requiring liquid plastic in TC Casting recipe

Changes:
-Disabled Nickel Excavator
-Disabled Biome Marker, they were useless anyways without the Quarry
-Blacklisted ic2 fluid cells, florbs and morbs on JEI (saves some pages of redundant items from being listed)

Recipes:
-Changed recipe for 60k Ammonia Cell, also added missing recipe for 360k one
-Changed recipes for Biome Finder and Terrestrial Artifact to be more interesting to craft
-Improved recipe for Warp Controller, now Warp Travels are no longer easy to afford
-Modified Supercooler recipe
-Removed Implosion Compressor recipes for Diamond and Emerald
-Removed shapeless conversion between Mekanism and RH:Chemistry ingots
-Removed the new gears made of vanilla materials added by TF
-Reorganized some recipes for one future huge update
