Coulomb is a modpack designed around the concept of base building pvp, with nuclearcraft and thermal expansion at the core of progression. I have taken ICBM, Nuclear Physics, Nuclearcraft, and Techguns and heavily integrated them, so that none can exist without the others. Duplicate features of mods have been completely removed, forcing a mostly linear system where exploits should be rare (please give feedback if you find anything unbalanced). Make sure to be aware of the dangers of Nuclearcraft's radiation, especially as it is no longer limited to just that mod! Build your base accordingly, with proper safety protocols.
I aimed to cut out the fat that many modpacks can get caught up in, which is why certain mainstream mods may not be included. This modpack is not intended to be easy, and you may find that comfort features such as JourneyMap or Waila are missing. These are part of the rough progression, and exist as The One Probe and Antique Atlas.
The core of your warring will be ICBM and Techguns, with Techguns being especially helpful for both personal and base defense. ICBM, as many know, is more about mass destruction.
Your ultimate endgame will be maxed out Nuclearcraft, with ICBM factories in space with Advanced Rocketry planetary mining lasers.
