This update was done to fix an issue with 1.4.5's server pack having some incorrect files. Apologies if you experienced any issues with weird block nonsense!
This update also updates a handful of performance mods, removing ones which were causing issues and adding some which should help make up for those ones being gone. We also removed some library mods which belonged to mods we no longer have.

This update adds FTB Chunks. Within the next 2 updates, we'll be phasing out Open Parties and Claims because it's been causing too many issues. If you run a server, *please notify your players* to log in and claim their chunks with FTB Chunks instead of OPAC. And be sure to check the patch notes of the next update to see if OPAC has been removed, BEFORE you update! And always, always take backups!
