Cottage Witch: Recast

This is different from the previous (now archived) 1.2.1 where I had magically made all recipes require milk buckets instead of other ingredients. Challenge run canceled.

This update REMOVES the Pocket Money mod! If your server had set up an economy, I strongly apologize for not announcing this sooner. Please make arrangements to exchange those items for the new custom ones BEFORE you update your server, as all Pocket Money items will disappear once you update.

In the near future I will release an additional file which adds the currency to monster drops and certain loot containers, which server owners can optionally install.

Misc:
- Increased Archwood Forest spawn rates
- Added new "Aquatic" quest reward table which grants kelp and/or coral.
- Added Aquatic reward table to a bunch of quests
- RTP now only goes out 10k blocks
- Disabled Shoppy Shop blocks because they don't work. Use bartering stations instead.
- Ars Break now no longer affects Bartering Stations or Snailboxes.
- Meadow's Cheese Tart now no longer uses an empty tag
- Added coins using KubeJS (thanks to StormCountTwo!). They convert up and down via crafting recipes, and are not currently obtainable outside of Creative mode.
- Xercamod's Carved woods can now be rotated with a Wrench from Supplementaries
