No pain no gain? That's right! Throw yourself into combat! As the creatures of the world slash and scrape at your skin you will gain Endurance! Increasing your health pool as you grow! 
And yes! so too does your strength grow as you swing that sword! Gaining new found knowledge of Combat!
Don't forget to tend to your farm! Farming is a very rewarding skill!

Oh, and dont forget to dip your toes in the sand and relax, maybe go for a swim. Though, careful when Swimming to not go too far out!
